Ph.D. in Aquaculture & Hydroponics with total 27+ years of experience in Aquaponic, Aquaculture and Urban Agriculture

 Worked at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST, Riyadh), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST, Thuwal), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Edenworks Inc. in New York, and A&A Epiphany in Texas.

Dr. Laila Benkrima

Project Consultant

Dr. Laila Benkrima holds Ph.D. in Plant Biology and MSc in Plant Physiology from the University of Paris (France). She has 25 years experience in research and development within the horticulture and plant biotechnology industries. She has been responsible for the planning, development and creative problem solving of various projects from plant micropropagation and functional/medicinal crop cultivation to hydroponics and laboratory design.
